Autumn has been a very significant time for me throughout my business and personal life over the years.

Since the age of 24, when I, like most people, go from the in-between stage of confusion from leaving childhood at 15 to becoming an adult at 24

Or, as I like to call it, becoming responsible for everything in your life by ridding yourself of things like life is unfair.

Back to Autumn is a time to reflect on the past and plan for the future, whether for the coming winter or a 50-year goal; well, I think it should be for both and everything in between.

I say this because some people are just floating down the river of life thinking, what are those things (oars) on the side of the boat for?

With the amount of instant information out there today, within minutes, we all can find out what the oars are for, how we could use them, and how that information can benefit our lives. Still, many ignore the benefits of self-education.

Autumn lasts only two months, so don’t lose a minute to look around for your oars to propel you in the direction you want to go so you are not left out in the cold this coming winter.
