What’s the point? Do you have those moments I wasn’t going to post anymore on a Monday? But if I didn’t, I would have been just like the millions of others who give up on their dreams and goals, probably just as they are about to succeed.
Thousands of people throw in the towel every day, then make excuses for the rest of their lives, saying if this or that hadn’t happened, I could have been, etc, etc.
What was I thinking? Well, not enough followers? What’s the point? I thought. But then I realized I was doing it for myself, discipline first and then giving ideas to my FB friends as a by-product, and once I realized that, I was back focused on the game of life. (only took one minute)
We all constantly have different thoughts; if only I had been 2 feet taller, I’m sure I could have been the world’s best basketball player. Now, that would be taking your luck and fitting yourself to it, turning what you have into success.
So, what have you got in your life that you could use to turn your life around? I had no skills, which was brilliant, so I wasn’t skill-restricted and had the opportunity to find what worked for me.
By the way, I’m not too fond of basketball, but if we all knew how close we are to the success we have always dreamed of, we could justify the excruciating mental or physical pain we must endure to succeed.
Occasionally, we will get rejected and be disrespected along our paths, but don’t despair; stand back and silently thank everyone with different views.
One secret to everyone’s success or failure is to listen and take the appropriate action to rid yourself of the stress of rejection.
