Darwin & Wallace

Darwin & Wallace founded by Mel Marriott and funded by the Imbiba Partnership is a collection of award-winning independent neighbourhood bars and restaurants located in iconic London villages.

The first No 11 Pimlico Road opened in Belgravia in 2012.  Nº 11 also offers two versatile suites for events, a private floor that will accommodate up to 50 seated / 80 standing for birthday suppers, photo-shoots, press launches or book signings.  For a less formal event the ground floor space accommodates drinks parties from 10-40 guests comfortably with a mixture of seated and standing including direct access to the bar.

No 32 the Old Town in Clapham opened in 2014 offering a carefully crafted drinks menu and tasty food.  The sun terrace on the first floor is a great all day spot whether enjoying breakfast alfresco or long summer afternoons in the sun.

In 2015 No 1 Duke Street opened offering a contemporary interior providing the perfect back drop for relaxed eating and drinking.  Soon after, in 2016, saw the group open their fourth in Chiswick No 197 Fire Station providing the usual high standards of morning coffee to nightcaps and everything else in between.   Nº 197 offers versatile spaces to celebrate an occasion in style, be that Cocktails & Canapés with friends or a special meal together.

No 29 Circus West, Battersea Power Station was launched in the summer of 2017 offering a relaxed, all-day experience from morning coffee to night cap and everything in between.  No. 29 Power Station West will be the only pub at Circus West Village.

Opening Summer 2018 601 Queen’s Rd a neighbourhood bar in the heart of Wimbledon offering all-day dinning and a carefully curated drinks list.
