In all businesses, the owner has to stop and think, as if they were playing a chess game, what will the other person do if I do this?
What is the likely outcome of changing a process, especially if it involves your staff and their family rice bowl? (food on the table)
An example that I came across a few days ago with an employer who has stopped their standard procedures of topping up sick pay to their staff.
If they were one of my mentees, I would have asked, what would be the outcome for all involved, and would the outcome be in line with the universal law of attraction and success for both parties and their business?
One should not coerce people who have not consented to an experiment that could harm or shorten their lives into participating under the threat of discriminating them from their human rights.
As a business mentor, I would urge business owners to stop and think before they go down this route to change a policy that could do more harm than good.
Before making a decision like this you should stand still and think of the consequences of your actions and not just join the nearest flock that’s heading for the cliffs in the fog being driven by a psychopathic Shepherd.
If you always have, but now don’t top up sick pay for the non-vaccinated person, they are likely to return to work earlier and spread whatever they have.
Is this a wise move? By doing this it could shut your entire business down. Is that a very good business investment?
Obviously there is another thing, you could end up in court for discrimination or even worse you could end up with a claim against you for constructive dismissal.
Immediate reaction is not always wise because the crowd is doing something when there’s no need to follow.
What’s next? Discriminate against people you think would be a burden on society, smoking, drinking, overeating, the ones that go to the wrong clubs, mix with the wrong people in your eyes, what’s next? Jews, Gypsies, the handicapped, political opposition.
