so why wear a gag!
Who besides me gets distracted?
The more I want to do, the more distracted I get; somedays, it’s like Groundhog Day as in visiting the optician, which I have not done for probably four years.
Not that I haven’t tried, like a year ago wanting to give them the usual couple of grand. Still, the normal experience was not good.
I felt alienated, not knowing if people were happy or sad to see me as I couldn’t tell from only looking at their eyes.
After sitting there for a few minutes, I realized that I had ignored the line outside, staring through the window in the freezing cold.
I could only think that all those old people would catch their death of cold or even get co-monia, then I realized that all those eyes were staring at me; my distraction to what was going on in the world had meant I had just carried on as normal.
I know distraction had put me in danger of a mob ear-bashing verbal abuse. Still, I wouldn’t listen to anyone who believed in putting a germ-infested bit of rag over their mouth, so I left feeling alienated from the inside and out. Now I am looking for a person who understands there is a window of opportunity to kit a van out and go to the customer at their office or home; maybe one of the staff was clearly irritated having to wear a nappy on their face.
Now, where was I when I got distracted at 8 o’clock this morning? Blimey time flies as it’s now G&T time.
Although I have spent my whole life being distracted, sending me down paths that I would have never gone down if I hadn’t been distracted has always paid off.
The last couple of years have sent me down education paths in history, health and world planning; sorry got a bit carried away then; I meant the conspiracy theory path.
