Sue Ryder Sue Ryder supports people living with life-limiting and long-term conditions including brain injury, cancer, dementia, strokes, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and motor neuron disease. The doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
It operates specialist palliative care centres, care centres for people with complex conditions, home care services and a growing number of community-based services. The charity also offers support to people who are bereaving the death of a loved one, through face-to-face services in its centres and also as an online service, as part of a bespoke online community.

Listen to my address part of the longest speech marathon by a team in 2016.  Taking 126 hr 28 min the rules of the record stated the team could not read off a script, and could not repeat themselves during the marathon effort.

The speech marathon event raised £115,133 for the Sue Ryder Hospice, Peterborough.
